2013 Healthy Tomorrows

This community event was held at Bernard’s Grounds in Tracy.

This event consisted of organizations that provided community services to families in crisis, underserved and underprivileged.

Some of the organization were Community Medical Centers, Sutter Healthy Connections, Diabetic Nutrition Clinic Center, San Joaquin Health, United Way, Nova Diabetes Care, Cal Fresh Program, San Joaquin Medical Society, Novo Nordisk Certified Diabetic Educator,and many more.

Testing for glucose levels, cholesterol and blood pressure was provided as well as the distribution of over 45 free glucose monitors.

There were over 550 in attendance.
